A 24 inch Gaming laptop from ASUS?

If you’re in the market for a new gaming laptop, you may have already heard about the new Nvidia GTX 1080 graphics card. This GPU represents the summit of graphics performance without a doubt. And lately, ASUS’ seems to hint that a mobile variant could see its way into Asus’ upcoming machine with its ROG gaming laptop line. And if you dreamed of a beast machine, this new laptop might just fit the bill literally. The company hinted through their teaser a “24” laptop”.

But unfortunately, Asus did not divulge the specifics like the GPU that would come with it. But if you have experienced ROG, you can expect this one to pack spectacular prowess. ASUS even “leaked” a benchmark chart that shows the machine has beaten the GTX Titan X GPU, an AMD Radeon R9 295X2 chip and GTX 990 Ti. This simply shows that ASUS is aiming to have the most powerful laptop to date.

ASUS also purported that the new laptop will have that “significant leap” saying that it achieved the said results within its labs and without relying on overclocking, an achievement indeed. And because of this development, it is assumed that this new system will have no problem doing some VR stuff like the ones from the Oculus Rift or HTC Vive. But the post also clarified that this is a concept machine, we can never be sure if this one will reach the production stage.
